Phillip has been involved in Sports related fitness training since 1999 where he boxed in the British Army. After leaving the Army, Phillip undertook a fitness degree course at Kingston university to qualify as a fitness trainer in 2005. Phillip has since continued his Personal development with global premier training to level 3 PT and has become accredited with the British triathlon federation whilst continuing as a WMTA coach.

In 2005 Phillip started working with gyms in the Surrey area building up a reputation as a personal trainer and quenching his never ending thirst for physical excellence whether it be in health and fitness or sports such as Thai-boxing and Triathlon. Phillip retired from competition level bouts in 2009 after winning numerous titles both here in the uk and as far afield as Thailand. He was named Muay Thai fighter of 2007 in Great Britain in the Muay Thai rankings and was awarded fight of the year 2007.

Phillip’s passion for sport led him to compete in his first IronMan series. He has now competed in four IronMan triathlons, finishing in the elite category in all four. Phillip spent 2011-12 working with Tri-Sports Coaching helping tri-athletes further there skills.

After 2 successful sessions racing IronMan and gaining a reputation as a sports specific coach Phillip set his goals on becoming an “All World Athlete” in the IronMan 70.3 series. Which Phillip achieved in 2017 finishing 39th in GB.
